Daytime & Evening Reception Newcastle
Our idyllic outdoor areas are the perfect surroundings for you and your day guests to enjoy your reception drinks and delicious canapés if you choose. Your guests will relax in your Gardens and Stables Bar area while you are both whisked away for your first photos of Married life.
Out outdoor cover complete with festoon lighting ensures no matter the weather your guests can enjoy our Sofa sets and Fire Pit tables creating a cosy atmosphere.
You will have use of our newly renovated Stables Bar which opens an hour before your ceremony, this allows your guests to have a drink and meet each other while they wait to be seated for your vows.
Our Stables bar will then reopen for your drinks reception to cater for you and your guests including full cocktail menu, spirits & draught Large and Ciders
Your own Master of Ceremonies, provided by The Parlour, will guide you seamlessly through your day and attend to your every need including any announcements you require.
You create your own dream wedding day with your Wedding co-coordinator firstly choosing as to whether you wish to have a selection of canapes throughout your drinks reception, followed by a wedding breakfast which have been created by our dedicated kitchen team and produced using the finest quality ingredients.
Then can choose whether to enjoy our fantastic gardens with maybe a cocktail or a glass of Prosecco, a selection of wine to choose from during your wedding breakfast and even a glass of Prosecco for the Toast.
Don't forget to come along and taste all of this before your big day free of charge!
Your Evening Reception will also be hosted in The Willow Room with its own bar, a dance floor area and our resident DJ who’ll play your first dance and can either take requests in advance or on the evening itself.
We also have an full entertainment licence in case you would like to bring your own band or DJ until midnight or if you don't want the party to end just yet we can apply for a late licence till 1am!
As you dance the night away chose from one of our four evening buffet options to keep your guests going. These range from trays of Bacon sandwiches, Street food, Hog Roasts and Pizza Vans!
Your guests will leave your wedding not only with amazing memories but having enjoyed the best Food & Drinks.
